Making Medicare Easier to Understand

Medicare comes with a lot of choices – and figuring out which coverage is right for you can feel overwhelming. We’re here to make it easier.

Whether you’re approaching Medicare eligibility, already enrolled, or reviewing your current coverage, we’ll help you understand your options and find a plan that fits your healthcare needs, lifestyle, and budget.

What You Get With Us

Medicare isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, preferred pharmacies, and budget can all play a role in determining which coverage may be right for you.

We take the time to understand your situation, explain your choices in easy-to-understand terms, and help you confidently navigate your options.

Coverage That Fits Your Life

We help you compare Medicare coverage options based on what matters to you – from doctors and prescriptions to benefits and out-of-pocket costs.

Real Personal Support

Medicare questions don’t always have simple answers. You’ll have a real person available to help explain your coverage and answer your questions.

Multiple Plan Options

Depending on availability in your area, we can help you explore options from multiple insurance carriers so you can make an informed decision.

We Simplify the Complex

Premiums, deductibles, copays, networks, formularies, enrollment periods – Medicare has its own language. We help break it down into plain English so you understand your choices.

Medicare Coverage Options Include:

  • Medicare Advantage Plans – Also known as Medicare Part C, Medicare Advantage Plans are offered by private insurance companies approved by Medicare and provide your Medicare Part A and Part B benefits. Many plans may also include prescription drug coverage and additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare.
  • Medicare Prescription Drug Plans – Medicare Part D plans help cover the cost of prescription medications. We can help you compare available plans based on factors such as your medications, preferred pharmacies, premiums, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs.
  • Dual Eligibility Plans – For individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, certain Medicare Advantage plans may provide coordinated coverage and additional benefits. We can help you understand the options that may be available based on your eligibility and location.
  • Medigap Medicare Supplement Insurance, commonly called Medigap, works alongside Original Medicare and can help pay certain out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. We can help you compare available Medicare Supplement options and determine which may best fit your needs.

Important Medicare Information
We do not offer every plan available in every area. Not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. Plan availability, benefits, premiums, copayments, deductibles, provider networks, formularies, and eligibility requirements vary by plan and location.

Why Your Medicare Coverage Matters

The right Medicare coverage can make a significant difference in both your healthcare and your budget.

Your doctors, hospitals, prescription medications, anticipated healthcare needs, travel habits, and finances can all influence which option makes the most sense. And because plans, benefits, provider networks, formularies, and costs can change, it’s important to understand what your coverage includes.

We help you look beyond the advertisements and plan names so you can focus on what really matters – finding Medicare coverage that works for you.

New to Medicare? Already Enrolled? We Can Help.

Turning 65 and enrolling in Medicare for the first time? Retiring and leaving employer-sponsored coverage? Wondering whether your current Medicare plan is still the right choice?

Wherever you are in the Medicare process, we’re here to help.

We’ll explain your options, answer your questions, and help make Medicare easier to understand.

Understanding Original Medicare – Parts A & B

Original Medicare is the foundation of Medicare and includes Part A and Part B.

Medicare Part A – Hospital Insurance helps cover inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facility care, hospice care, and certain home health services.

Medicare Part B – Medical Insurance helps cover doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, medical equipment, and other medically necessary services.

Together, Parts A and B provide your basic Medicare coverage. From there, you may choose additional coverage such as a Medicare Advantage Plan, Prescription Drug Plan (Part D), or Medigap policy.

Medicare Enrollment Periods

Medicare has specific times when you can enroll or make changes to your coverage. This includes your Initial Enrollment Period when you first become eligible, annual enrollment periods, and Special Enrollment Periods that may apply after certain life events or changes in circumstances.

We can help you understand your options, enrollment periods, and which coverage may be right for you.
